To draw attention to important information on your text you have the option to "Highlight" the keywords to make it easy and fast for your audience to understand the main points of your content.

Besides highlighting your text, you also have the option to apply the "Bold" and "Italic" editing options, let me show you:

When applying the "Highlight" options, click on the arrow to drop down more editing options:

And with that, you are free to do as many combinations between "Bold", "Italic" and the "Highlight" option as you want:

Note: if everything is emphasized, then nothing is emphasized. So be restrained with your use of emphasis, as the more you use it, the less impact it will have.
