Managing user seats

Depending on your team's plan, you have access to a certain number of Studio user seats. If you are unsure of how many user seats are available to your team, please reach out to support@wibbitz.com.

Haven't reached your user seat limit?

If you are not utilizing all user seats in your plan and would like to set them up, please provide the following to support@wibbitz.com:

  • Full name of the new user

  • Email address of the new user (please ensure that the user has access to this email so they can retrieve their password and receive crucial platform updates).

Need more user seats?

If you are already using all user seats in your plan and would like to add more to your plan, please contact support@wibbitz.com.

You can also swap out user seats if needed. In this case, please provide the following to support@wibbitz.com:

  • Name/username of the user you would like to remove

  • Full name of the new user

  • Email address of the new user (please ensure that the user has access to this email so they can retrieve their password and receive crucial platform updates).
