Managing brand accounts

Depending on your team's plan, you have access to a certain number of Studio accounts. If you are unsure of how many accounts are available to your team, please reach out support@wibbitz.com.

Haven't reached your account limit?

If you are not utilizing all accounts in your plan and would like to set them up, please provide to support@wibbitz.com:

  • Name of the new account

  • Outro and watermark logos

  • Hex codes for primary and secondary colors

  • Custom intro/outro files (if included in your plan)

  • Custom fonts (if included in your plan)

  • List of users who will need access to the new account

Need more accounts?

If you are already using all accounts in your plan and would like to add more, please contact support@wibbitz.com.

You can also repurpose an account if needed. In this case, please share the following information also to support@wibbitz.com:

  • Name of the account that you would like to repurpose

  • Name of the new account

  • Outro and watermark logos

  • Hex codes for primary and secondary colors

  • Custom intro/outro files (if included in your plan)

  • Custom fonts (if included in your plan)

  • List of users who will need access to the new account
