If you're looking for more information on our media providers or licensed media usage guidelines, please refer to the corresponding articles.

Understanding media usage and how it is counted will help your team ensure that they stay within the usage limits outlined in your contract.

In Studio, your team can create videos from scratch or rebrand videos from our Top Stories and Templates sections. Each video made can be copied and edited as many times as needed.

While you can upload your own media assets for use in videos, all media in Top Stories and Templates are sourced from our media library and will count towards your team's usage limit.

Each time you use media assets from the Studio library, these are subtracted from your media count. Here are some examples:

Note: "video" refers to videos created from scratch, Top Stories, or Templates.

  • You produce a video with 10 media assets = 10 assets used

  • You copy a produced video with 10 media assets = 10 assets used per video

  • You rebrand a Top Story with 10 media assets = 10 assets used

  • You produce a video with 10 media assets, then add 2 additional assets and reproduce = 12 assets used in total

  • You produce a video with 10 media assets, then delete 2 assets and reproduce = 10 assets used in total

  • You produce a Template with 10 media assets = 10 assets used

  • You rebrand a video to another account with 10 media assets = 10 assets used

If you use your own uploaded media, copy videos without changing media assets, or leave the video in draft mode, media is not subtracted from your package. Here are some examples:

Note: "video" refers to videos created from scratch, Top Stories, or Templates.

  • You create a video that only uses media assets that you uploaded to the 'My Media' section (from you computer or social media)

  • You edit a produced video, change only the text and reproduce it

  • You create a video from a template, delete all library media, and add in uploaded media before producing

  • You don't produce the video and leave it in draft mode

If you have any questions about your media package or need to extend it, please contact your Customer Success Manager or support@wibbitz.com.
