Changing your password

If you are experiencing issues logging in, please check out Cookie Requirements for Logging In.

To change your password, select "Don't Remember Your Password?" on the Studio login page:

​Then, type in the email address associated with your user seat and click “Send Email”.

If your email address is not accessible, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or

I didn’t receive the password reset email. What should I do?

If you did not receive a reset email, please check your Spam folder.

If the reset email is not in your Spam folder, please add “” to your contacts and try resetting your password again.
